Go to a nearby gym. Its cheap, if your in school just ask your parents to get you a subscription to the gym. Go there after school for an hour. If you have no way to get there, just do what everybody else is saying, or ask your parents to buy you a few decent weight sets.

What I do is just run an alt acc outside the portal, advertising the house for the altar. On the main acc with the house I sit there lighting. Its rather full time though, because to autotype you have to have the RS window with the alt advertising up, and when you need to light you have to...
