    Then why doesnt HF file a DCMA report again VIPHF, it has been up for like a year now or more? and how can they prove that its a rip, like for example if the owner changes a bit in the site, like i see many facebook like sites and none are taken down.. or youtube clones..

    is it illegal to take parts of another mybb theme? like viphackforums is practically clone of hf but nothing happens so i am just wondering. What do you think?
