You can, you can only play indie games or play campaign. :) just goto it when your playing either one and just start it again. :p -

I forgot, just look around and enable background downloads. -

You can download it when your Xbox is off, just goto settings system settings and turn on background downloads. Enable it and when your Xbox is off, it'll download. -
