yes i am, it happend with a few friends to they just deleted the profile off the xbox and downloaded it again but it didnt work for me

i claimed a Tag and tried to download it to my xbox and it gives me this message " Sorry, this profile can't be downloaded. Original xbox live accounts aren't supported anymore. Create a new xbox live account instead. " Any idea how i can fix this ?
