Paypal is an american company and most of the policies apply equally to countries. The reason paypal doesn't bother is because they end up spending more than what is owed on the collectors and such. Get your fucking facts straight.

Seems like you just made a fib. Paypal does not put out collectors unless the debt is more than $1000. $350 is what Ninja is in debt for.

I couldn't give two shits about the marketplace. It's the fact that people will see my usergroup and assume that I'm nothing but scum, when I am much more than that.
