If the member is banned, then fine, if not, then I'd still suggest opening a scam report. The scammer should refund OP in full even though it's 2 years ago.

You did get scammed, even worse, if you don't pay up to PayPal, then you'll never be able to have a legitimate genuine PayPal account.

I was quite literally searching [WTS] on Google and I found this forum. At first I was just going to use it to advertise my stuff, but I'm starting to see some real potential in this forum after all the recent growth in popularity.

I am serious, it's obvious that he's a scammer when he chargebacks after doing the exact opposite of what the seller instructed the buyer to do. Hence the buyer is at fault and should've just sucked it up instead of chargebacking, which in return is scamming the seller.

You should probably open a scam report on him, other than that, you got pretty lucky.
