Weight loss is about diet more than exersize. Some people don't understand that the weight loss pills and gimmicks never ever work. Ever. Never.

I used to have a FitBit Flex, it was simple but great because it had a lot of cool features in addition to step counter etc... Pretty costly for a little wristband though and considering it was like cheapest of the FitBits

A lot of stuff they say about kids smoking weed is not true, but I would wait until they were at least 18 so it doesn't affect them negatively while their brain is growing and stuff.
