It could be like EVE where all they do is take everything away from you and say you bought 200m and spent the entire 200m they leave your account with minus 200m. Effectively making it impossible for you to play.

It's their game. They can do what they want with it.

Not one of the greatest updates Jagex has ever done. Then again if you compare it to them removing the wilderness and free trade it's only uphill from there.
