    Hi.Yes true,the more we laugh,smile, the more stress problems will out in our minds. Because it gives us the peace of mind,more healthy,and more life better.Life is not always the same,but if we practice to be happy,life indeed good success.

    Well,i have many happiest momment that i can say ,but the most is that i have wonderful life,blessings,friends,and the most is that God loves me much..care me much..I am greatly thankful that i am wonderfully made,and full of God's love and care...
