You just need to start the quest, go up stairs and get a book from the bookshelf and you get a Marble Amulet. Theres another bookshelf that has an Obsidian Amulet. Use the 2 pieces together to form a Star Amulet. Then use the amulet on the crypt downstairs and to the south, then you can enter it...

You have to complete Priest in Peril and start the Frankenstien one.

If rock crabs is too crowded you could try experiments.
