They changed this after they put Old Wildy back, it's a Personalized area so noone can see you. and tbh i'd rather have prayer armor on because it saves the bot trips going up and down the ladder all day. Edit: you HAVE to talk to the guy in Varrock castle to get there now. otherwise it won't...
