I can SE one but they don't allow that here. But you can just find one on eBay and hope to get the cheapest one.

They disallowed the selling of my SE'ing services so I cannot offer them to you.

I don't recommend buying any 3rd party PSU's for the Xbox One. Tons of people have had problems with their consoles because of this. Just buy an official one from Microsoft or SE it.

Does this involve buying SE'd items and then reselling them for close to retail price on eBay .. ?

And I bet you they were all fake. They never billed for 360's either.

Call Paypal and explain to them what happened.

Most codes people sell for Xbox such as Live, etc are SE'd from Microsoft's Advocacy Team and they can tell who uses it, etc. Was the reason for fraud?
