  1. Which graphics card?

    Them cards are for 800-1000$ builds max. This is a really nice build, if you want to save money go for a 980 or if you want an AMD card Fury X, either of them can max anything I can think of at 1080p.

  2. Windows 7 or 8.1 ?

    Windows 7 is much more familiar and easier for most people, but windows 8 is a bit faster/more optimized, and more of the current standard. I personally prefer windows 7 but yeah up to you.

    I got a gt fly, works well for the price. Bit heavy tho.
