    I was just inactive.  There was a scam report against me when I was at a super rough time in my life.  I borrowed $10 from Pun to get some food from Dollar General since they accept PayPal, and didn't pay him back on time.  It was eventually closed, but it was a huge ordeal, and I think it may...

    Since when did Power+ become available to anyone?  Last time i was here that group meant something, and you could only be promoted by Philly after you meet his strict criteria.  Is it really now as simple as forking over $25?
