hey oliver, Thanks for the reply yeah i got lights flashing power button to resume/stop button vice versa so i ran service tool for resetting the printer but the problem is during service mode of the printer the printer device failed to establish the driver installed

hey guys, I need some help, i was trying to resset pixma ip2770 but no go i use service tool_v1074 it say not responding and during service mode the printer failed to install connon device but when in normal mode it will install successfully i tried several steps but no go. any ideas...
