I've been trying this method myself and I've stopped myself at $150 just so it doesn't look obvious I've been boosting it. But, I don't think that they will pay out sadly. :(

I'm currently looking into getting a 1995 BMW M3, supercharger pushing over 355HP. I only have a 323iS right now though, but I've gotten it up to 130MPH and had to slow down. It'll top out at 141MPH.
