@Boar There are a few people who have made scamming as a way to make a living. I bet the same people who create those get-rich-quick scheme are the very same people who have already scammed before. It's not hard to mask your identity with the technology we have now well that is except NSA.

I live in the State of Hawaii in the US and boy a lot of people are being taken care of by our state government. Our state also suffers from homeless people from mainland states. Basically they give them one way ticket to Hawaii because the climate is ideal, they won't die of heat or cold...
