It's not good to wake up when the sky is still dark because the light helps to get a good mood. By the way it depends on the time you sleep and not on the hour you wake up: you should sleep about 7/8 hours a day, including the afternoon naps.

I really like the sweet breakfast (here in Italy a croissant or a muffin with cappuccino is traditional). I usually eata big cup milk or chocolate milk with many cookies... And I do it everyday, I wake up very early because breakfast is sacred in my opinion!
