I am already a member there. But the point is an international member gets less offer than the specific country member. But still we can earn there! They had also started a forum we get 0.1$ for both the posts and threads

I think all the factors included but you really miss a point that is "security" and "Platform". I think that these two were more Important.

I always work in Turbo C++ compiler for DOS. But many of my classmates uses clang. Now a days C++ language is only learned for basics. Mostly the programmers are using other enhanced languages like java or .NET
