you're going to need a hell of a lot more resources than just this to make anything, not to mention the bandwidth it probably eats like crazy. unfortunately this method was raped a couple years ago :/

are you using proxies on your accounts? sending links in your msgs? more details are needed to figure out why you are getting filtered

thenotoriousbig said it all. just use multibit, it's very userfriendly and if you're worried for the cons that krish said you can just put it on a usb stick, external hd, ect.
