You must have a verified PayPal to redeem cards. Verification requires a credit card or bank account.

Yes, @Sector is doing this because more than 70% of FK consists of kids with free PayPals who do not have bank accounts or bank cards to verify the account, unless it is their parents.

This is a great idea. I may want to do this as well since mine is verified.
