I was just watching some youtube vids when I got my first BSOD. I quickly shut my laptop off before anything could happen. I ran in safe mod and ran a full scan with malwarebytes and got nothing. Any chance this was random and won't happen again? I'm honestly not sure how all this works, so any help would be appreciated. Maybe a program to check it, or even just advice. Thanks!

Erm no, when I get a bsod I freak out and turn my comp off. Lol i'm so untechy. Is it smart to shut it off, or do you let it "dump physical memory" or whatever it is? Just wondering in case it happens again.

My computer which I bought 1 year ago is the biggest piece of shit ever. You wouldn't think it would suck donkey dick since it cost 1k. The fucking thing at random times turns off and the screen turns to a random color then goes all rainbowy. I've already had the motherboard replaced 2 times. Never buy a Dell laptop ever. The fact it goes to bsod means something happened... Just because your windows still works when you restart doesn't mean there's nothing wrong
