I actually payed him for the service, mainly cause I don't feel like calling amazon and speaking to a retard there for them to make up bullshit excuses. I'll just pay the 40 dollars to have someone else do it.

Huge vouch for my boy ROLO, came through with a refund in a matter of seconds. Didn't even consider doing it myself as it was a complicated situation, glad he still managed to pull through.
