If you actually got banned for no reason at all, then I would contact MS because that is some serious shit. :/

I doubt they'll do anything though.

i didn't do anything wrong goop and i were just playing team slayer and i randomly go banned right after a game!!!! im contacting xbox right now

i need a game on demand lol halo 3 was the only game i had on my new xbox.. i just got this one 2 weeks ago

hes banned from Halo not xbox. You need to email 343 industries with the concern
 
Hope you get everything worked out with Microsoft. They can be wrong sometimes so hope they are.

Bungie no longer runs Halo 3, and they don't deal with bans for Xbox Live, only Halo.

I also think you meant to say "I'm dumb" instead of "Its dumb".

That sucks bro I have only been banned 1 time for have offensive stuff in my bio ie profanity.
 
I had the same problem a while back , make a thing on Xbox.com about your ban and they look into it , I did this a unbanned, sometimes Xbox can wrongfully ban people.
