Who can I talk to about reputation abuse?

I am very confused about some pr*** named Satanic who modified my reputation and gave me bad rep just because I didn't reply for 5 hours simply because in britain it was 2 AM and I was sleeping lmao.

I want to get good rep as I don't want to ruin future possible sales or buys and I was quite chuffed with my only 2 feedback which was good. I seen it says

Reputation abuse comes under the following:
Asking a user to leave reputation on another user.
Begging, bribing or blackmailing others into giving you reputation.
Trading or boosting reputation with other users (a.k.a rep for rep).
Claiming someone is a scammer or to deal with caution within a reputation.

He claimed im a scammer and to deal with caution.. because I didn't give him the name of my YouTube due to me sleeping.

I just felt quite gutted as I'm really trying hard to come across nice but I slept early not expecting him to reply as he took an hour to reply and then gave me bad rep.

It says if you message a mod outside the Reputation Abuse thing you can get banned and I don't want to be banned just feel it was an unfair neg
