What are your pet peeves?

Lately, a lot of my pet peeves have been happening around me daily, so I'd just like to know what your's are.

For those of you unfortunate ladies that do not know what "pet peeves" are: they're little 'things' that get on your nerves.

Post below what your pet peeves are and why they get on your nerves. You may post as many as you want.​

Examples (mine):

What? Scratching of those holographic folders.
Why? The sound sends shivers down my spine.

What? People who call themselves "GFX" or "GFXers".
Why? "GFX" is slang for "graphics", not "graphic designer". And anyone who says and/or goes by the non-existing word, "GFXer", shouldn't be allowed to design nor purchase graphics.

What? Young children.
Why? I shouldn't even have to say why. All they do is scream, eat, and poop.
 
I get annoyed when people use the term kid, when the person they're talking to is an adult.

I get annoyed when people confuse your for you're and vise verse, same with to and too.

I get annoyed when people use the term nowadays like they been here for a long time, when they haven't.

I get annoyed when people whistle, because the sound is so irritating for me.

I get annoyed when people act like stupidity and ignorance is a virtue.
 
Some of those are my pet peeves as well. They just don't happen as often.
 
I hate it when a person acts tuff and acts like he is really cool and a badass online and then he is not IRL.

I don't like when people think they are known.

I don't like when people take things to seriously.

I don't like it when a person thinks he is smart when in reality he is not at all, he just acts like it.

I don't like when people complain about things and think they know everything.
 
I don't like Snitches.

I don't like when kids on Xbox LIVE say "Kid" or "Wanna Go off Kid"

I also don't like when people instigate crap and then your stuck with the BS!

I don't like when people chew with their mouths open aka chew like a cow!

1.) Piss me off when people take others ideas and say it's theirs.
2.) I don't like when people insult others based off of sexual preference or race, drives me crazy.
3.) What I hate the most is people who bully/take advantage of people who can't defend themselves.
 
1. When people make the "bk" noise (sounds like fart) on Xbox. I will kill those fucks.
2. When someone thinks they're better than everyone else.
 
I hate when people yell in the car while I'm driving.

I hate when people cut me off even though u usually do it.

I hate Hispanic bitches who speak loud and have that annoying tone of voice.

I hate when guys/girls act cocky.
 
I hate when people don't replace the toilet paper roller with a new roll, or they don't bother putting it on the roller, they just put it on the counter or some shit
 
I hate people with bad breath, because they're always the talkers.
I hate when you're at a restaurant bathroom and people leave without washing their hands.
I hate when someone cancels on your plans without telling you.
I hate E-Thugs.
I hate kids in the Suburbs with a huge house and 3 cars who think they live a hard life.
 
To add:

I hate when members create threads of high interest, then go to bed.
I hate when a person takes the last of a snack, then leaves the empty box in the cupboard.

Because if you were a real graphic designer, and had any interest in selling
your work, then you wouldn't call yourself a GFXer. It's just retarded.
 
That makes no sense at all. A GFXer is just an easier way to say Graphic Designer. I'm sure there are way better "Graphic Designers" who call themselves GFXers...

No, and I mean NO, graphic designer is dumb enough to call him/herself a "GFXer". It's, by far, THE most ignorant way to title yourself. Kids (yes, KIDS), that attempt designing and call themselves "GFXers", are never good in any way, shape, or form. When you take a professional career in graphic design or have some work to show me that gains my respect, don't bother telling me what does and doesn't go on in the graphic design community.

The slang words: "GFX" and "GFXer", are two of the greatest insults to graphic designers such as myself. I can guarantee you, that not a single, talented designer, will ever use the slang words. I can guarantee that. If you call yourself that, well I'd like to see some of your work to prove my point.

It's probably my #1 pet peeve.

Too add another pet peeve:

I hate when teenagers are ignorant enough to call themselves "graphic designers".. when they are untalented and do not plan on furthering a career in graphic design.
 
Wow did you really give me neg rep from debating? I'm disappointed. Nonetheless, that explanation was a better way to put, however I'm still #1 GFXer . . . (jk)

At least you had the sense to realize why I didn't deserve it, I retract my neg rep statement.
