[TuT] How to open CMD if blocked(100% working)

Hello

If you want to open CMD but it's blocked ( e.g at Work, School ... )
You need to follow these steps :

- Make a new notepad folder
- Put command.com in it
- save it as cmd.bat and select "all folders" then save
- you should have a new .bat file
- Run it

Note pad saves the file as a batch, not a txt. The thing that executes is a system level batch that lets you bypass the lock.

I knew how to do this, but the people at my school didn't block command prompt they blocked the entry of commands.
