I know for a fact there's at least 1 person with a working unban method.
You will receive the username's password and email linked to the account as it was last checked before being banned.
It is entirely possible that some of these may have had my info stripped off of them before being banned (example, my info was removed off Justinbieber before it was banned), for this reason they will not be for sale and will just be given away.
