The only thing I can do for you is for an admin or trusted user to provide me an inactive account to target.
And once I'm done using my method on it two things will either happen it highly depends.

IG bans all the bots or IG simply resets the IG
 
So you bot an account then report to instagram to reset or ban the IG and then you claim it..
