I know nobody really knows much about the reset but maybe someone has asked this question already. 

If, for example, I want to claim the gamer tag Bleach and some retard already took the gamer tag B l e a c h and got it banned. (Or if it's still active) would I be able to have the Unspaced version or does it automatically go to that kid?

You won't be able to claim unspaced tags that have a spaced version unless you own the spaced version.
