Prestige Award Tournament [Anniversary]

In commemoration of this website's four-year anniversary, I will be giving my award to one prestigious member. 
[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]However, this contest will not be for your self-interest.[/font]

1. [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]This tournament will consist of two phases: a nomination phase and a final selection phase.[/font]
   
2. [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]The only way to become an "Official Nominee" is to be nominated by 4 of your fellow members (you can't nominate yourself).[/font]
   
3. [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]Once you become an Official Nominee, I will add your name to a poll along with your fellow competitors on a later date, in which the community will vote for whom they believe is most deserving. [/font]

The winner will be chosen by the end of March 18th (unless delayed due to lingering circumstances).

I will be rising the fee for my award even higher to keep the ownership of my award low.
