New Points System

I've junked the MYPS system and added a much more stable, more efficient point system. As you can see, it works like the MYPS system, although, when a post is deleted, the points go with that post. So this means, whenever you see an abuser, report it under: "Point Abuse". You may even win an award if you report enough.
New Points is a much better system, and now abuse will be hard.
