I have wanted to make my own personal site with email registration on it I wanted to purchase an og domain for a high price and make it so my friends could make emails and the site would have custom inboxes and loads of stuff

I need to know....

If I payed like 150$ for a domain do I have to pay 150$ yearly?
For a website how much for the main page and email through web?
What is needed what specs of a host or a dedi or whatever is needed?

Altogether including fees of:

Domain (default basis price 150$)
A host
The web coding etc

How much would this all cost?

Not looking for answers from people talking out of their asses about things they know nothing about so only resourceful people is who I'm looking for info from

YEa but like say i buy like clash.org I pay the seller whos selling the domain on a market site 150$ and he leaves me with the domain like do I have to pay 150$ each month or year or whatever or would it be like cheap basic domain prices?
