Kidney stones

Hey guys I have some questions for anyone whoever has had kidney stones.

SO just recently I went to the hospital for excruciating back pain to the point of crying and they X rayed and Ran a CT scan and they told me I have kidney stones 

My question is how long do they usually last and how painful is it to pee them out 

They have me on painkillers now but I don't think that will help when it comes out any one that can help me would be awesome have a fantastic day FK

Surprisingly I have never known anyone to have these but I heard it's severely painful. I hope the best to you honestly I wish I could help out in some way

Yeah they compare it to the pain of child birth it hurts so much and I haven't even passed them yet it's been 3 days but thanks for the support
