How to change HWID

I got banned from my osu account cause I was using a spin cheat about a year ago, they won't accept my appeals, so fuck it. I want to make a multi on osu, but I need a way to change my HWID so I won't be instantly banned once I log in. Anybody know how to do this?

You can really only either 1 spoof it(Google) or 2 get a new CPU or whatever part they are grabbing from.
