so im build a pc http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mQP9qs thats all the parts im buying for it i still need the graphic card cpu and power supply and i will have my pc done is there anything else i need or something cheaper that i can get but still run 4k thanks

Its pointless buying Windows 10, just download a cracked version and put it on a CD. No difference. Also, i would grab an SSD if i were you. Additionally, id get a Water cooler for your CPU seems you've got a windowed case.

Like Zac said, get a pirated version of windows 10 or 7 and spend the 100$ on a better keyboard and mouse
