I'm going to the local Hookah bar tonight.

Not sure what to expect, any tips or anything?
 
Try not to cough when you take a hit and don't do tricks you don't know how to do it makes you look retarded.

You are supposed to inhale. That's the whole point. And yeah God is right. Don't do tricks. You will looks stupid if you don't know how. And if you get light headed then just pass the hookah and wait till it goes away. I haven't got buzzed off of hookah in ages. I remember when I did. It was a nice feeling.

Smoking tobacco using a Hookah is even worse for your lungs than inhaling any other substance. Just don't do it a lot.

To answer your question ; yes you inhale .
