Looking for a cheap IG, no more than $20 , I prefer an OG one, I mean I got "Zune" when it still existed (the company) for only about $15 and I've been offered $70 and the company doesn't even exist anymore.

I would like an IG with a decent amount of followers, that would get me about 100+ likes per picture, no matter what the picture is.
