Another Bug

When I click a users' profile, I see text that says user does not have required post count, and then I see this after it redirects:

Yer I see it, trying out a new plugin to stop spam but obviously its not been completed.
Out of curiosity im gonna see if I see the message when im a standard member.

Ok it still showed so I fixed it.
Users under a post count of 10 will not beable to post anything in their homepage box in their profile.
