A section for giveaways

Since my giveaway got moved into the leeching land, it just needs it's own section, all for giveaways. Seems better than leeching land

I would support this. It could also fit as contests. Putting giveaways in the dumps don't look to good, but it is also giving away your stuff. I'm kinda neutral on this I would say then.

Yeah i support this also, should be events, giveaways, games, and such.

I think giveaways should be under Runescape Discussion since there is nothing really being leeched. Nice idea.
